Although you are not required to be present for the inspection, it is highly recommended that you attend. Being present at your inspection is an invaluable experience to learn about the home you are considering purchasing. It will give you the opportunity to ask the inspector any questions that may arise and you will get the most out of your home inspection. It is like participating in a seminar about the home

After setting up an appointment for your home inspection, your Applus+ Home Inspector will arrive at the scheduled time to conduct a visual inspection of the various systems and components of the home including:
